SEIDOR Global kick-off meeting 2025: A score for growth and future
More than 10,000 SEIDOR professionals from the 45 countries where the company is present have been invited to this annual company-wide event: the SEIDOR Global Kick-Off Meeting 2025. This is a key moment to review all the achievements of 2024, share SEIDOR's future direction, and inspire the team to continue moving forward with energy. Many connected from the company’s offices, while others joined from their personal computers or mobile devices. The result: a resounding success.
Guided by the theme of pentatonic music, Iván González, Marketing and Sustainability Director, led the meeting, explaining how its five notes represented the five key pillars that define SEIDOR today: the management of the company; technological environment; talent; customers; and partners. The pentatonic scale is universal and connects cultures, just like SEIDOR’s diverse and interconnected ecosystem. In Iván's words: "SEIDOR, with its presence in multiple countries, builds a diverse and interconnected ecosystem where every element is essential to the whole." This connection made the pentatonic scale the perfect metaphor for the balance and cohesion of the company, which advances like a global score toward its goals.
New shareholder, growth, and oportunities
In the roundtable featuring Josep Benito, Executive President of SEIDOR; Sergi Biosca, CEO; and Javier Navarro, Managing Director of International Operations, the main challenges of the company were addressed. Benito highlighted that the entry of Carlyle, one of the world’s three largest private equity firms, has driven SEIDOR’s growth. He underlined that “to accelerate our growth, it was essential to bring on board a new partner who could provide financial capacity, experience, and best practices that have already led many other companies to success.” He also pointed out that this scenario allows SEIDOR to continue offering new opportunities both for clients and for the personal and professional development of the people who make up SEIDOR.
Sergi Biosca reinforced the message by stating that “SEIDOR evolves, transforms, and grows.” He noted that, pending the closure of the annual accounts, the growth rate continues to rise. Biosca highlighted “the commitment of a results-oriented team with an entrepreneurial spirit,” which is advancing toward the consolidation of a truly global team. In addition, he emphasized that SEIDOR has the strength, capacity, and determination needed to access new segments and markets, consolidating its global position and reaffirming its commitment to continue growing sustainably and generating a positive impact in the future.
For his part, Javier Navarro highlighted SEIDOR’s solid performance in all markets, with an increasingly strong presence thanks to new strategic acquisitions in countries such as Italy and the United Kingdom. “These acquisitions have complemented our solution offering and allow us to maintain sustained and competitive growth, consolidating our global position,” he stated.
AI, talent, and the partner ecosystem
Xavier Ferràs, professor at ESADE, emphasized that artificial intelligence is much more than a tool, as it represents a paradigm shift that is transforming industries and business models. He noted that companies integrating AI at their core will be the most competitive, and SEIDOR is well-positioned to lead this change thanks to its adaptability and strategic vision. Ferràs explained that integrating AI means enhancing new skills, redefining roles, and leading structural transformations to achieve success.
Mercè Brey, an expert in leadership and diversity, addressed the importance of inclusion in an organization present in 45 countries. She stressed that diversity is a reality and that inclusion must be a strategic decision driven by conscious leadership. Brey emphasized that SEIDOR has made progress in creating a work environment where the uniqueness of each professional is valued and collaboration is encouraged.
Additionally, clients and partners shared, through video testimonials, their experiences and views on the future of the sector, while reaffirming SEIDOR’s commitment to building trust-based relationships and generating shared value.
Looking to the future with a global rhytm
The pentatonic music theme, as the guiding thread of the event, was present at all times, with performances by guitarist Toni Thomson. His interpretations, inspired by Africa, LATAM, Europe, and the Middle East, simply and directly reinforced the idea of diversity and harmony that defines SEIDOR’s global ecosystem. This musical connection symbolized SEIDOR's commitment to cohesion and collective growth.
To close, Iván González reminded everyone that each person at SEIDOR “is unique and has much to contribute to the company’s growth.”
