Madrid, 22 September 2021 - Alianza de la Sanidad Privada (Private Health Alliance, or ASPE), SEIDOR and TICH Consulting have signed a new collaboration agreement to promote the technological transformation of private healthcare centres for the benefit of the patient and professionals.
The launch of this alliance aims to promote the humanisation of services through technology, improving processes and decision-making that will allow professionals to achieve a better work-life balance, as well as to dedicate more space to the patient, thanks to the smart use of data with specialised tools in Business Intelligence.
The hyper-acceleration in technology that society experienced following the health crisis has prompted healthcare personnel to provide more intimate care to patients, requiring tools for holding video consultations and remote care or access for chronically ill patients, among other needs.
Thanks to this agreement, ASPE centres will be able to centralise patient care information and utilise data to improve management and the quality of care offered and received, like in large hospital centres. Technology is the tool that allows for more time and better quality in the relationship between physician and patient.
"This agreement will allow us to face these technological challenges; it fundamental, both financially and in terms of healthcare. Technology is a key ally that will enable us to meet the immense demand we face as the population ages and make improvements in quality of care that are economically viable and sustainable", said Alfonso de la Lama-Noriega, the General Secretary of the Employer's Association.
For his part, Pascual Blanco, Healthcare Manager at Seidor, said that, "this alliance is an important step in placing private healthcare centres at the forefront of technology. The agreement between SEIDOR and TICH Consulting will allow centres to incorporate elements as innovative as remote assistance, video consultations or mobility, helping them to be more efficient, without forgetting the main goal: humanise patient management through technology".
The implementation of the agreement's technological solutions will also streamline mobility, teleworking and work-life balance for people and organisations. In short, it will make private health centre management more human, both for professionals and patients.
Among the main features of the technology SEIDOR and Tich Consulting offers the industry is a simple payment model for the use of Green Cube and SAP licences. There is no initial investment, and it allows users to outsource services and cloud activity. Specifically, it enables centres to access storage, databases, networks and software, adapting them to the needs of the business and reducing operating costs in an agile, flexible and scalable way.
In this regard, Luis Barcia Albacar, CEO of TICH Consulting, highlighted that, "technological innovation offers new possibilities not only for healthcare professionals and patients, but also for the improvement of business, organisational strategy, objectives and results. In order to avoid losing competitiveness, healthcare management must adapt to modern technological resources, deploy as many methods for harnessing information and data as possible, and provide for the necessary measures to ensure that the circuits and resources are efficient and of high quality. All this regardless of size, even reaching providers who offer individual consultation".
TICH Consulting and SEIDOR, which already have several shared projects in hospital centres in Spain and Africa, will discuss innovation challenges for private healthcare during the online event held on 21 October entitled El nuevo modelo de relación del profesional con el paciente: Global, móvil y tecnológica [The new model of professional relationship with the patient: Global, Mobile and Technological], which will feature participation by Carlos Rus, President of ASPE; Manuel J. de la Torre, La Torre Team Manager; Luis Barcia Albacar, CEO of TICH Consulting; and Pascual Blanco, Healthcare Manager at SEIDOR.
