SEIDOR hosts an event to promote smart and sustainable transformation in organisations

During the seminar, leading professionals from SEIDOR, SAP and other guest organisations explained their methodologies and experiences when it comes to promoting the transformation of organisations where sustainability is the main lever, sharing best practices and expert knowledge among the large audience that attended at Casa SEAT.

The seminar began with a presentation by Estanis Font, LE Business Development Director in the SAP Services Business Unit at SEIDOR. He spoke about the challenge of transforming organisations through technology, focusing on the value of small actions that, in sum, transform organisations from top to bottom. The presentation was entitled: "Pequeños cambios, grandes transformaciones" [Small changes, big transformations].

Jorge Pérez, Director of RISE with SAP and S/4HANA Cloud in SAP programmes, centred his talk, El motor de la transformación: RISE with SAP [The engine of transformation: RISE with SAP], on the transformation methodology that is garnering excellent results in organisations. Rise With SAP helps organisations to become their best version, making data and information management processes simpler, more efficient, safer, more flexible and more integrated.

Subsequently, it was Jose M. Escolar, Director of Global Center of Excellence, SAP Platform & Technologies and Data Value at SAP, who delved into the smart transformation of business processes with the SAP Business Process Intelligence solution, SAP BPI.

The highlight of the seminar was the roundtable moderated by Víctor Agramunt, Director of Data & Analytics at SEIDOR, which saw the participation of representatives from organisations whose processes have evolved in line with technology: Rubi Group, Virto Group, Greenalia and Quadpack. Between them, they account for a wide spectrum of exemplary transformations, where technology is the common denominator.

The event concluded with a talk on spiritual and motivational transformation by Albert Bosch, an adventurer, leader in sustainability and expert in personal and organisational leadership.

Sustainability is much more than an aspirational concept; organisations around the world are evolving their work processes and methodologies under sustainable parameters. Making smart changes is essential to face the future challenges of society and organisations, and Seidor wants to do its part by providing value and knowledge.
