SEIDOR wins the award for Partner of the Year at the IBM Partner Ecosystem Awards

The technology consulting firm has been given the award for Partner of the Year. • The IBM Virtual Ecosystem Summit 2020 also served to address the main challenges of the future in the technological ecosystem.

On 16 September, at the IBM Virtual Ecosystem Summit 2020, SEIDOR was given Partner of the Year in recognition of its multi-disciplinary work. This very special distinction was awarded by the prestigious technology multinational International Business Machines Corporation (IBM).

The annual event, which featured a large part of the industry's leading technological stakeholders, addressed IBM's current strategic vision, especially in the context of the COVID 19. Specialists from all business areas commented on the current and future challenges for technology companies at conferences and discussion tables convened for the occasion.

During the final portion of the event, dedicated to the IBM Partner Ecosystem Awards, the multinational recognised SEIDOR for its massive commitment to IBM solutions in almost all strategic areas, such as Cloud computing, Security, Watson, Analytics, Storage and Power Hana. In the words of the organisation, SEIDOR has demonstrated a great strategic vision and achieved magnificent results in almost all of these areas, promoting and capitalising on initiatives thanks to available co-marketing funds and timely funding.

This award comes on top of others awards that have distinguished SEIDOR's work with IBM over the past few years, such as the IBM Award for the Best Partner in Infrastructure, given in 2019, and the IBM Award for the Partner of the Year and the Best Partner in Systems, in 2018.

This distinction serves to strengthen the fruitful relationship between IBM and SEIDOR as it continues to grow. Similarly, many organisations and figures from the sector publicly congratulated Seidor for this award. The historic IBM awards are one of the most prestigious in the technology sector and are considered one of the ecosystem's top events each year.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Director General of Seidor, Santiago Anguera, stated that, "it is a pleasure and an honour for SEIDOR to receive a prize that strengthens the mutual commitment between the two companies and encourages us to continue with more enthusiasm and fortitude than ever".
