SEIDOR will provide young talent with highly skilled, paid training in ERP, Customer Experience, cybersecurity, cloud computing and new technologies such as IoT and AI from SAP, Microsoft, IBM and others. SEIDOR will train a total of 200 consultants during the 2021-2022 period, divided into four selection rounds to be launched in October 2021.
28 September 2021 - SEIDOR, a multinational technology consulting firm, has launched a new selection round for SEIDOR Academy, a training programme in which it will invest up to 700,000 euros to train and develop up to two hundred new IT consultants.
With this commitment to continuous training, SEIDOR strengthens career development for young talent joining the company with paid and highly specialised training in cybersecurity, cloud computing, IoT, AI and Mobility, Customer Experience and ERP technologies, among others. The goal of SEIDOR Academy is twofold: attract talent and, following the paid training period, incorporate participants into the company as consultants or programmers.
When commenting on SEIDOR Academy, company CEO Josep Benito stated, "with this step, we bolster our SEIDOR Academy and strengthen our commitment to developing technological talent throughout the country. We want to continue to create opportunities for young people beginning their professional career, offering them the guidance and mentoring of a specialist team and combining the best methodologies and training tools".
Vision of technology applied to the business
From finance and logistics to Business Intelligence (BI) and programming, SEIDOR Academy will train consultants and programmers in the foremost solutions from leading software designers, such as SAP, Microsoft and IBM, as well as in soft skills, using a hybrid teaching model with in-person time and e-learning.
SEIDOR Academy, which has already trained a total of 200 consultants since it began 4 years ago, is launching its next edition on 18 October. University students are being recruited through a rigorous selection process run by the different offices that Seidor has throughout the country. It is aimed at students interested in pursuing a career in the world of technology.
