Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and competitive prices is "key" to their success, so having efficient IT systems is crucial. They process around 300 orders a day, so they need an ERP behind them to drive the business forward.
The business previously used Lotus Notes, which had become obsolete, so were unable to develop efficient processes particularly with stock management. Fast Keys made the jump to SAP Business One, completing the migration in 2020, calling on SEIDOR for ongoing support just before they were about to go live.
