How and when to contact our team over the festive period

With the Christmas period fast approaching, our award-winning SAP Business One support team will be here over the seasonal period to help maintain the performance of your solution.

As Christmas falls on a weekend again this year, our team will be available in the week before 25th December. Apart from the UK Bank Holidays the following week, our support consultants will again be available as usual if you need any assistance.

Here’s a full schedule of our support hours over this Christmas and New Year period:

Support hours

  • Monday 19th December – Friday 23rd December: 9am – 5:30pm
  • Monday 26th December: Closed
  • Tuesday 27th December: Closed
  • Wednesday 28th December – Friday 30th December: 9am – 5:30pm
  • Monday 2nd January 2023: Closed
  • Tuesday 3rd January 2023: 9am – 5:30pm

At SEIDOR UK, our helpdesk operates as standard between 9am and 5:30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Between the Christmas and New Year period, a reduced service (SAP consultant ‘on-call’) is provided.

For cloud hosted customers, urgent support for ‘Priority 1’ issues is available across the festive period.
