Wednesday 25th Dec: Closed
Thursday 26th Dec: Closed
Friday 27th Dec: 9am – 5pm
Monday 30th Dec: 9am – 5pm
Tuesday 31st Dec: 9am – 4pm
Wednesday 1st Jan 2025 – Closed
Thursday 2nd January 2025: 7am – 7pm

At SEIDOR UK, our helpdesk operates as standard between 7am and 7pm (GMT) Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Between Christmas and New Year, a reduced service (SAP consultant ‘on-call’) is provided.

For SEIDOR Network customers only, urgent support for ‘Priority 1’ issues is available across the festive period. Enquiries should be directed to support@seidorassist.com or +44 (0) 333 444 0590.
