SAP Business One update: June 2024

The latest feature package for SAP Business One has been released with a host of new features and enhancements added in FP 2405.

As part of SAP’s strategy to enhance the range of functionality within the Version 10 web client, users can now customise UI pages to meet individual business requirements and help users to work seamlessly in the desktop version.

FP 2405 includes new tools for batches, serial numbers and bin locations to be used across inbound and outbound sales, purchasing and inventory documentation.

There’s also fresh functionality to managing blanket agreements within marketing documents, and to copy lines from marketing documents to a target document to help improve user productivity.

Another highlight of the latest feature package release is the variance report enhancements. The report has been developed to include a two-level view and the ability to drill-down into each component row to analyse data. The system also now provides additional data on Source and Target Documents, plus Source Journal Entry Numbers to help users quickly identify data.

Additional web client enhancements for administration and inventory counting have also been released as SAP works towards its target of having 80% of the desktop functionality within the browser version.
